Experience so far has been fantastic. There has been so much change in my short time at Outreach. There are some growing pains that we're dealing with, but they're good pains/problems to have. The people are definitely the best part about working at Outreach.

I feel like I am doing the work of a more experienced person, but I am only being paid like an entry-level employee because of my title.

Everything is so fast paced that there is no time to be bored. The people I get to work with are very passionate and it's motivating to get to work with such focused and brilliant people.

They uphold our core company values, which makes a huge impacts a huge impact on our culture. Culture is much easier to enforce top-down, than it is to build bottom-up. Our executive/leadership team live by and exemplify our values and it's not hard to see.
