I have been at Outreach for nearly 3 years. In that time the company has quadrupled in size, and we plan on doubling in size this year. It has been a wild ride so far as the company has matured. I can't wait to see where we are in another 3 years!

My team is super tight knit. We all genuinely enjoy being together and have a lot of fun. We also continuously work to streamline our processes so that we can be as efficient as possible.

It's hard to pick just one. I think our core value "Got Your Back" is probably the most positive to me. No matter what, everyone from top to bottom has your best interests at heart.
