We absolutely have each others' backs. We get the work done but we have a great time while doing it. My coworkers are always ready and willing to help me with anything blocking me.

Everything. I like everything about work. I have fun solving the challenges of my role, getting to be around my team members, taking breaks and meeting new members of the Outreach family, and I could go on and on.

Everybody in the company knows we are on the same team and we are all important for success. Everyone is treated respectfully but has fun at the same time. It is okay to fail as long as you learn from it. It definitely encourages comfort and learning.
