What I like most about my leadership team is the fact that they're always willing to roll up their sleeves and be in the trenches with me when facing obstacles within my work. I receive clear guidance and direction with my work, which makes me feel comfortable in my role.

I find Peloton's high-growth/start-up environment to be most positive. The company is growing extremely fast so I get the feel of a large company, while also still being able to leave a footprint on certain processes. I've only been with Peloton for less than 2 years, but my impact feels recognized.
