I don't really have a strong impression on executive leadership. However, I do love that the VP of Product and my direct manager are women. That makes a big difference for me. I feel like they are strong visionaries but also care deeply about our team's mental wellness.

Member interaction and the ability to be the first/last point of contact when the product leaves our possession and transfers to theirs.
