My team really cares about what we do and strives to have a health work/ life balance
What is the best part about your compensation package?
ESPP is an awesome perk. I think Industry standard for my role is $5-10k more than I'm getting paid but I'm still satisfied.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that I get to hear from them directly + honestly at All Hands as well as John's casual, kind emails he sends out
