Everyone always has a smile on their face and everyone socializes regularly.

Our culture is actively engaging, open and collaborative without ever applying pressure or making one feel obligated to participate. It creates a wonderful environment to grow but at a pace we feel in control of and comfortable with.

We are aware of the gaps in our interviewing and onboarding, and have a DEDICATED TEAM tackling those issues.

It's always adapting and evolving for the better. I think the entire onboarding process has tuned itself to functionable.

The whole process went quite smoothly and organized. I was told when I'd get a phone interview and the interviewing recruiter called promptly. My in person interview also when as scheduled and my interviewers were polite, prompt and engaging. The questions were challenging but appropriate.

We handle problems quickly and fairly, which means that we have far more wins than issues, and our teamwork makes it incredibly gratifying.
