Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Pay is very inequitable, leadership has very little communication or gives false information, very little work life balance, and we are afraid of raising concerns. But coworkers are incredible, kind, and talented. Everyone I work with is great.

The work at peloton is often fun and exciting. I love to work with my coworkers and get the job done. I wish employees got rewarded more for their hard work with bonus and pay increases. Its very hard to have transparent chats about pay increases.

Overall, my experience has been good. I do appreciate the honest work that has been put into their DEI initiatives, but i think the bureaucratic nature of how the company is run can at times be crippling to progress.

Really fast-paced work but the colleagues make it worth it.

Our company moves so quickly that sometimes it's overwhelming having to juggle so much.
