How does Perficient make decisions around promotions?
I honestly have no idea. I was "promoted" (title and $ only, which was fine at the time) pretty early on, but I was hired sight unseen and had the experience already. There are some young folks in the office who could probably run circles around me; smart, talented, and can work night and day. I doubt many of them will see promotions for a while. My best guess would be resume marketability for client based employees, not sure about internal hires.
