Communicate well, approachable, support culture
Transparency, experience, wisdom. Good balance.
They start the meeting interested in how we are as people. Making sure we are ok. This makes a difference.

Being paid what I am worth and promised.
No paid sick days or personal days, no compensation for remote work equipment.
I think the health insurance could be better, and there is no stock option offer.

Currently well under market value. Bonuses and compensation don't have any basis in individual performance, but rather some vague metric.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very parent and family friendly. Amazing smart people. Incredible delivery teams. Just missing the pay component. Delivery quality will start to plummet as more people leave due to pay issues.

The most positive part of the work culture is that its fully remote.
Mid level managers and direct supervisors are empathetic and smart. Support working parents.
People support each other and are willing to help even when it takes some extra time

What did you like most about the interview process?
It wasn't overly elaborate. They determined whether or not I was a fit quickly.
Perficient was honest and straight forward during the interview process. I appreciated how carefully they interviewed me and made their selection process. I valued how carefully made sure I was the right fit for their organization.

Speed up the process. Make sure it is far more organized and process driven.

When I am spoken to with respect and compensated fairly.
