After just coming back from one of the best conferences I have attended - #NodeConfEu I would say it's the training/conference budget.
It's hard to summarize it in few words because the culture and environment is comprised of millions on small pieces. I feel that in Pipedrive they have selected the right pieces and but fitted them together in just the right way. Most positive would be maybe the feeling of belonging and welcoming.
