There will be always room for improvement, and it is safe to say that you'll never be 100% on everyone's needs, but I believe we have a bold compensation package, that does its best to get to everyone.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Personally I work in the support department, which is by the way considered one of the best software supports in the World. Having this said, I think our salaries should go hands in hands with the recognition, since support is one of the lowest tiers in Pipedrive.

Now that I also am included in the interview process I can speak for both ends, it is truly a huge effort the company holds to make sure we have a pleasant yet effective recruitment process.
