What did you like most about the interview process?
Now that I also am included in the interview process I can speak for both ends, it is truly a huge effort the company holds to make sure we have a pleasant yet effective recruitment process.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There will be always room for improvement, and it is safe to say that you'll never be 100% on everyone's needs, but I believe we have a bold compensation package, that does its best to get to everyone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm very thankful for ever crossing paths with Pipedrive, working here has been one of the best journeys I've ever had. Truly a company that looks out for each one's happiness as a team. I feel proud to say that I work on a company that looks forward to fight against all discriminations.
