I've been in Pipedrive for a year and a half now and I can definitely say this is the best company I've worked for. One of the things I like the most is the fact that we can progress in our career here, even if we don't master the skills 100 percent. We are given the opportunity to study!

Our core values are really followed, it isn't just showoff, we are indeed moved by what our Pipedrive values teach us!

Everyone tries to help and everyone is always available to discuss ways for improving. The good spirit and open minds are something always present at our office.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leaders in Pipedrive don't ask things to be done, they show you how to achieve this and pedal along with you. More than great speakers, they show enthusiasm about what Pipedrive means to them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The team interviews are definitely something unique. Being able to meet people that work on the job I'm applying to is an amazing way of getting to know better what challenges and what I can expect from the job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Personally I work in the support department, which is by the way considered one of the best software supports in the World. Having this said, I think our salaries should go hands in hands with the recognition, since support is one of the lowest tiers in Pipedrive.
