I am relatively new in my role here < 1 year, but super excited everyone morning by the chance to learn new things and directly influence the direction of big important things at the company.

It has all the factors to be a great company, interactions are ambiguous, engineering/gbs/product have so much power they abuse it or don't know how to use it. Work is interesting, learning something new everyday. Feeling disconnected, disengaged due to lack of real listening by tech teams.

Seeing our metrics improve consistently, week over week, month over month. Working in an environment that makes time for the person involved and truly commits to the company values.

Uur internal engagment model and roles are not clear particuarly in dealing with Engineering, Product Managers, GBS, this creates lots of ambiguity around who does what and sub optimal progress and quality

Communications are fast, aligned and open with employees. Very connected to our business which makes me feel like they know exactly what they're doing and enables me to perform at my very best.

How we engage and interact with less ambiguity, too many gaps in processes, procedures and accountability makes changing anything difficult, negative and results in power plays by large organizations like engineering, gbs and COO. Engineering/Tech is too powerful, disconnected from business

The chance to meet lots of different people that I would be working with, everyone from VPs to Direct Reports were involved in the interview process. I was very happy with it, fit is very important for me and this process was excellent.
