Honestly... The leadership team stays out of my way and lets me get my job done. They come to me when they need my expertise, and when I report issues to them, they bring it to the attention to the powers above them to see how it should be prioritized.

It's very frustrating to know that Proofpoint could really be such a better place to work and more profitable too. Fundamentally, management sets a low bar for success and we meet it. We could do better if we wanted, but management is afraid of change.
