Everyone is willing to help. We have a pool of people willing to assist when needed. If stuck while engineering a design, there are plenty of human resources within the team to reach out to.

This question does not point to which leadership team. Answer is based on direct supervisor and their immediate supervisor only: I appreciate their thorough knowledge regarding technical situations and products. I enjoy the semi-relaxed atmosphere and their appreciation for my work.
