Distribute the respect and support to the team as needed to grow as a whole. Decisions made are communicated without any foundation - often someone isn't able to follow - and its better to "not ask questions" and "not beeing sick" even when vomitting on site or at the office - not even a thank you..

there is no educating enough, and people are not happy about to salary policy.

They need to assign functions to everyone and concentrate in those, the supervisor ask for multiple task at the same time and we all feel confusing and stressful. and is needed a trainer who stay with you to follow the instructions.
