I work religiously honest and never care about the extra miles I need to put to meet our business need and customer satisfactory on ( Google Account ). I feel I deserve to get paid more for my time and efforts. thanks

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good team spirit. Very little negatives in terms of interactions with colleagues. When allowed (under covid restrictions) the company does arrange good teambuilding events and workshops

Good after-hours social interactions, a real effort from within the team to set up events, and meetings to ensure there is team building, and opportunity to catch-up

Good spirited team members, that have a good work ethic. In technical spheres there is free sharing of thoughts and knowledge. There is team banter, and activities involving other team members is always an enjoyable/fun experience that doesn't deviate from delivery a good quality end goal
