Considering the experience I had over 20+ years, and hearing the customer first focus over the years, I have to admit that our leadership team's dedication is the best, seeing the team members as the most valuable asset of the company and recognizing the hardworking people in the team everyday.

Understand that there is a lot of work and that you can only put so much on the plate of an employee before they get burnt out. Rather than pushing your employees to work "harder" even after working extra hours already, think about hiring more people and think about how your employees are feeling.

The Leadership team should learn to hire the right person. people with the right attitude and capabilities. The Right roles instead. Many of the employee are overloaded and not getting the right proper support

The leadership needs to trust their team member. Empowerment is crucial. leadership need to provide employees with the resources, authority, opportunity, and motivation to do their work, it will make employees happier and more proficient. stop the micromanagement and finer pointing

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Too much work but we are not allowed to file an OT. We are encouraged to go offline once our shift is over,but the thing is if we leave the pending tasks we are going to be left behind with the workload. Also, ISR post outside Rahi has commission on top of the basic and allowance we should have that

Coworkers should take more up more responsibility to help each other. Management should think pf how to instill loyality in Co worker. It is very obvious employee is lacking of loyality to company and only think for themselves.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We find complete onsite setup unsatisfactory. Maintaining a constant presence in the office fails to demonstrate a healthy work-life balance. There are other company that's under PEZA but they still can go work from home. The time we spent in travel can be spent with our personal errands at home.

More flexible working arrangements must be considered especially that most companies are opting to hybrid or 100% WFH. Company must look at the output not at the attendance

I can't find the reason why need to go to office daily when you there's no difference on working at home and working at the office. wfh set up at the Ph policy has no option but to work at the office.

A lack of understanding from the management that we have lives outside of work. Our lives do not revolve around work. Take into consideration why the turnover rate is so high at the company and why the US team has not retained many employees.
