The car allowance is wonderful. It's an overall good package. I wish we had company health insurance rather than insurance reimbursement.

We have a knowledge pool that is globally accessible. Everyone is willing to help if necessary and offers input when asked. Overall, the team shows excitement for process improvement and a dedication to lifelong learning.

Everyone is willing to help. We have a pool of people willing to assist when needed. If stuck while engineering a design, there are plenty of human resources within the team to reach out to.

The commitment to internal culture and values while also maintaining a focus on customer needs and satisfaction. These driving forces align well with my own values and priorities. I also appreciate that the leadership team is dedicated to ongoing leadership improvement.

I put a lot of value in Rahi's commitment to building an environment of trust and sincerity. I think this is important in the workplace and Rahi's core values attribute to a workplace culture that creates a positive environment to be a part of.
