Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued but with consideration of the team members and their approach I feel that the incentives and bonus can be good motivating factor.

I joined the company only on 12-14% salary hike. As per the performed critical recruitment tasks i think I can expect a bit more hike than the average salary increment.
