Comparing Rahi to my previous work experience, I can say that this company have a lot to polish but one good thing is that I believed our team can contribute a lot with the company's growth. It's a good thing that we have this kind of survey to voice out our ideas for the betterment of Rahi.

There are incompetent leaders that is hindering the growth of Rahi. Rahi don't encourage work life balance. No proper training timeline. But all the people I work with they are easy to approach and happy people.

Our director, & manager and my teammate for Sales in PH is approachable.

Everyone is approachable except for Paul Mason. Our Director Kaelyn and Kim are very supportive leaders.

I only like the work of my Director and Manager'sas they are hands on with the process

Kaelyn,Kim,Tess and Sally they are very supportive leaders. I like the company expansion that our leader is currently doing.

Team Kim has a fun and collaborative people. You can express your idea without being judge. We are result-oriented that resulted to a lot of good things to the business.
Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?
Aside from seeing my teammates, our contribution to the growth of Rahi is what excites me more. Since the company is still young, I am thrilled with leaders plan and and excited with the company and it's people's future.
Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?
We find complete onsite setup unsatisfactory. Maintaining a constant presence in the office fails to demonstrate a healthy work-life balance. There are other company that's under PEZA but they still can go work from home. The time we spent in travel can be spent with our personal errands at home.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
-We feel that having a 1 day wfh a week is having work life balance -Performance based yearly appraisal will make us inspire us to do more -Life insurance is another good thing to add as benefit -Annual performance bonus can be an added inspiration for us to contribute more
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Too much work but we are not allowed to file an OT. We are encouraged to go offline once our shift is over,but the thing is if we leave the pending tasks we are going to be left behind with the workload. Also, ISR post outside Rahi has commission on top of the basic and allowance we should have that
