Overall positive... there are a few things I would change about my compensation package, and I lack some tools which would be beneficial to doing my job more effectively, but overall I am generally happy to work for this company.

customer interactions. being able to be in front of, or onsite with customers is the best part of my day.

i have variable compensation which is tied to sales (gross margjn), but my position has very little influence or ability to influence a sale.

Being able to interact with a wide variety of customers/opportunities and also the opportunity to get in front of people versus simply working behind the scenes.

Part of my overall compensation is variable and depends on Sales, yet I have relatively little influence into the Sales cycle. I would prefer a higher salary and much lower variable compensation.
