
Having management who listen, understand and make the right change. Not just listen and in the end nothing really change.
The only positive things is that at least there are a small percent of colleague is can really work, are really capable and willing to help other.
The Leadership team should learn to hire the right person. people with the right attitude and capabilities. The Right roles instead. Many of the employee are overloaded and not getting the right proper support
Coworkers should take more up more responsibility to help each other. Management should think pf how to instill loyality in Co worker. It is very obvious employee is lacking of loyality to company and only think for themselves.
Managment should understand who is loyal to the comany and listen to them as they will only want the best for company. Hire the right resource and make sure everyone have what it take to carry out their job effectively. Appreciate those we work and not just sweet talk. No WL bal as many are overload
