MD Anderson Cancer Center: Customer Service. Patients are still treated like numbers by employees. The arrogant attitude still prevails, yet patients are their revenue source. Little to no follow up from Administrators, and bad attitudes and bad management is able to hide within the system.
Olive Garden: One big improvement needed is the understanding of your area is your my area is mine. While it is okay to help coworkers with theirs stations codependency is not acceptable and the lack of surveillance in store is unacceptable as I have been assaulted at that job not once but twice.

Leaders who are paid more to provide training need to be watched and ensure they are doing right by their trainees and the company. Fixing issues such as bikling or account problems is made extremely complicated. Yet anything that causes money to flow from you to Amazon is a one button.
