VCA: Individual employees are great management is awful. There are people who abuse power and they have no consequences because they are viewed as more valuable than others. Management truly does not care about the employees it has even been said from a manager that " you are replaceable by anyone"
Pottery Barn: Ive had a couch on order since May 2021..delivery date has been moved several times. Receive no update unless I email them and then its always..on its way. Beyond frustrated!

Hiring replacements for people that have left is hit or miss, and happens after the person and their skills are gone.
