Primerica: Overall, Primerica's consistent performance, accolades, and customer service efficiency position it as a trustworthy and stable choice for insurance consumers seeking peace of mind in their financial planning.
Sonos: They broke the app two months ago and in that time, havent fixed it. Unlike other apps, with Sonos, when the app breaks you can use the hardware. So they need to fix the app because they just broke all of my hardware as a result, making it worthless.

Sonos: Secure that the app works. After the update and the move to cloud over local it is impossible to control the system and speakers
Medallia: Extremely full on, very challenging and with high expectations to perform every day.

Over the last 25 years, I made 7.25 a hour, as a receptionist when I was 17 years old. Now granted I have worked for three different Great Clips locations. My pay has never been more than $11 an hour

Vrbo: VRBO customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They use phone reps. that have very little to no training. They have no authority to fix problems or the skills or training to help with any issues or problems. I have recommended my friends not list with VRBO.

Sonos: They totally destroyed the relationship with longtime customers with their most recent app update.

It's not the executive team is doing poorly there are just unknows for now. They say the right things so we will see.

Sonos: They changed their software so you can only listen to their "radio stations", with ads. You can no longer listen to your own music collection. They also changed their privacy policy, and now sell your private data to third parties. You think you are buying speakers, but in fact Sonos sells you.

Savista: Poor comp compared to market. Comp team stated they will never pay at top of market. As a manager, constant struggle to staff and with this philosophy it's impossible to attract quality talent. I also feel like I don't want to put in much effort if I'll never get rewarded.

Walser Automotive Group: I have worked for Walser for 10 years and have NEVER had a pay raise, a cost of living raise or anything. They have raise the shop rate over and over, $20/hour at a time and have never passed any of it on to employees.

Sonos: Reliability and ease of use. That was it's primary selling point until they gutted their system with a deeply flawed app "update" to rush out a new set of headphones to market.

In terms of benefits, people are looking into the industry they are related (eg product manager for a car show is more likely to receive a job proposal from a car company that offers better incentives)

Wilsonart: I have been waiting for a reply to my warranty issues for a month without satisfaction or reply.

To lock content which could previously be bought in small sections at affordable prices behind larger unaffordable pay walls is an example of destroying an IP and its fanbase. It's disrespectful, anti-consumer, and simply alienates your customers.
Formula.Monks: So far so good... some adjustment to fully remote, globally distributed (timezones etc)
Sun Communities: They increase lot rents and fail to follow through with amenities. The Corporate office ignores all residential services and complaints.

Days Inn: To close during construction since it seems to effect everything like the washing machine being broken,the hot tub being broken, and the gym being closed.

Element Fleet Management: Great company if you already know fleet. If you are coming in with little knowledge of fleet processes, the training is lacking and its hard to keep up. Not a lot of direction on where to go to solve problems. Comes with tenure. Otherwise everyone is very nice. Allows employees to work from home.
Vaisala: Company used to have an excellent culture but new top leadership has continually worsened it by bringing politics into the workplace. Avoid unless you are woke.

There have been countless issues with HR related items such as pay discrepancies, 401k, PTO issues, computer and tech issues just to name a few. Communication from leaders has not be great either. Same day or next day meetings.

I do think they would benefit from offering more of a hybrid / flex policy for working since everything and all programs are cloud based and can be accessed from anywhere you have internet. I think it would also help attract top talent.
