Some of this was hard to answer given the uncertainly and changes. Once things have calmed down and we have some more information on pay and promotional opportunities that will help. It's not the executive team is doing poorly there are just unknows for now. They say the right things so we will see.

It's very early in the new company to answer this. There is lot to be seen.

Increase pay. Institute Happy Friday's. I am not sure why that didn't get approved, but it's truly sad to those of us the know it works even going into the busiest time of year.

If we were not made to punch a clock like we work at McDonalds. Although it's a remote company Risepoint should realize that employees that were hired pre remote (pandemic) and should be treated fairly by location.
