Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation has not changed much in recent years and inflation has been rising drastically. I am not paid enough to live comfortably. Raises and promotions are nonexistent.

The way we work together to ensure we all have the support needed to meet our goals and end results are favorable. We care for one another, and it shines through our interactions with one another. This starts with our executives.
