They are constantly striving to push the online student experience into the 21st Century.
The fireside chats and town halls are helpful ways to hear from our senior leaders.
Review from HR Dept
I appreciate the communication about how the business is doing; our wins and where we have areas of opportunity. I especially appreciate the Town Halls and the All Hands in my org. I also appreciate the opportunity to build new skills and flex where I have expertise.
Review from HR Dept
I like the transparency and the way they value my opinion
Review from Sales Dept
My boss is absolutely amazing.
Review from HR Dept
Even through challenges and changes they are extremely supportive and genuinely care about our team and the future of our business.

Authenticity, diversity, transparency amd communication
Review from Marketing Dept
Transparency and thoughtful communication about strategy, culture, execution
Review from Executive Dept
I love the fact that they care about employees and students. They have to do what is best for the company, but decisions made, even hard ones, generally feel like they balance the need for the company to succeed with the mission and with care for the people who bring the mission to life each day.
Review from Executive Dept
The transparency of the state of the company and industry.
Review from Operations Dept
I appreciate the leadership team seeming to truly care about our values and the employees that work at Risepoint.
Review from Product Dept
They are receptive to feedback and listen - they are trying to create a culture at Risepoint that works for everyone - employees, students, and partners.
Review from Customer Support Dept
As a team they do seem to be good people
Review from Customer Support Dept
Mission driven people who are not afraid to roll their sleeves up.

Review from Executive Dept
Most of the leaders have a clear vision of supporting the partners and driving revenue. Some do not.
Review from Sales Dept
The goals are very clear and realistic. The ELT genuinely takes an interest in their teams. Very diverse perspective as well as experiences amongst the team.
Review from Executive Dept
What I like best about the leadership team is that they consistently share updates about company initiatives, which helps create transparency and alignment across the organization.
Review from Finance Dept
The level of transparency and commitment to open communication
Review from Sales Dept
Everything. The employee retention tactics are atrocious, misled, and uninspiring, pay is insulting to our hard work, intelligence, and experience, and continuous improvement strategies are nonexistent. The leadership team could not be more out of touch with their employees or the work done here.
Review from Operations Dept
Understand the implications of systemic changes. Emphasis on the people that make the company what it is, and not accelerating towards systems and processes designed to push people out. There can be more emphasis on employee satisfaction.

communication and letting things play out for a minute before making ANOTHER change. SLOW DOWN
Review from Marketing Dept
Organization. The company is running like a startup with zero planning or accountability. They are making things up as they go, and the employees are the ones paying for their missteps through layoffs and unacceptable workloads. The overall organization of this company makes no sense.
Review from Marketing Dept
Balance AI focus with genuine care for people. Remove silos and politics, provide clear communication, empower teams, and watch for burnout, turnover, and talent being overlooked. When strong contributors go years without growth, it signals leadership gaps that need attention. Bring heart back.
Review from Product Dept
change management around new initiatives
Review from Operations Dept
Transparency, accountability and not doing things to employees, but with employees. Decisions cannot be made in a vacuum. Downstream impacts that effect frontline workers need to have representatives from those departments at the table. The recent vertical alignment is a prime example.
Review from Operations Dept
There is talk about our REACH values, with H being H. But when it comes to employees, in particular the more junior employees, there is no Heart. Leadership doesn't seem to care with some of the changes that have taken place over the last 2 years
Review from Finance Dept
More precise and up-front communication. Lofty "corporate speak" does not help the employees feel comfortable and safe during times of turmoil.
Review from Marketing Dept
Communication about changes. A lot of things have been happening with very little notice to give time to prepare.
Review from Customer Support Dept
job security, give employees clear expectations and resources to meet goals
Review from Operations Dept
Leadership team claims transparency, but still works in silos and is not clear about the direction we are taking. For my team, there has been a huge turnover in the last 8 or or so months (about 10 people have left the company) and I believe is due to poor leadership and toxic culture from VP

More Promotions. Rating individual contributions toward raises.

Correct our Payroll/PTO in Workday
Review from Sales Dept
Collaborating and supporting the field team. Decisions are made that effect us everyday without considering how those decisions will hinder us. Some say we are the "secret sauce" of the company and we are important. We are treated like the "secret sauce" left in the back of the fridge and forgotten.
Review from Sales Dept
Not putting so much pressure on the team. Maintain appropriate work life balance and expectations.
Review from Finance Dept
communication, Transparency and helping during the inflation costs
Review from Customer Success Dept
There needs to be a salary revision and review for many of the tenured employees and also more transparency regarding the true future direction of the company.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Better, more timely, transparent communication

Understaffed, underpaid, over tasked, and it never stops.
