There are a few of my coworkers who take advantage of the system. They are not consistent with their work ethic (i.e. longer than normal breaks; cheating the incontact log in system; etc.). This behavior effects the morale of others who actually work when we see them get away with this behavior.

Some of my coworkers come to work but there are some who I feel are just wasted. They are allowed to do whatever they want to when ever which affects morale for the whole team. There should be enforcement of rules with them.

Our team has minimal interaction with each other on a daily basis. Sometimes none at all which is sad. I wish there was more of an effort to build the camaraderie, especially since we are virtual.
