What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is talk about our REACH values, with H being H. But when it comes to employees, in particular the more junior employees, there is no Heart. Leadership doesn't seem to care with some of the changes that have taken place over the last 2 years

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
COL raises being handed out once a year is too simple. Depending on date of hire an employee can go a year+ without a raise. Does not seem fair if their work merits it. Raises cycle can stay the same, but EE should be able to receive backpay at new pay scale for service over 1 year since hire

Lots of talk about inflation, and the raises for me and my team were small, not keeping up with rising costs. Talk from management at town halls discussed this, but then nothing happened.

More at the department level, I know many other departments with less cohesiveness and more drama. I don't always look forward to dealing with them.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership that actually values employees and takes care of them - through compensation and "Heart", better communication within teams. For a fully remote company, we do a really bad job at making that part of our culture
