Generally enjoyable. There are periods that do get hectic and work far exceeds 40 hours a week based on demands. Usually this is not sustained for long periods of time.

Genuine and honest but fair. Always open about the current status of the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While quick paced, at times, it is what it takes to accomplish our goals. Overall, the team is generally positive which helps and we all know we are working toward the same goal.
