RingCentral: The overall experience is good, but since there was no real onboarding for my tasks/work it is sometimes very challenging to get things done. Unfortunately, documentation is not very good and finding information takes a lot of time and effort. A mentor would be helpful and in-person meetings.

Salesforce: The company culture is amazing and leadership team is very uplifting and engaging. I believe that if you do what you are supposed to be doing and go above and beyond with your team, you will be rewarded -and that is true here.
Terminix: The company leaders have excessive and biased expectations. Performance means nothing as they will terminate employees with no prior disciplinary issues and for the simplest things. Ideally, customers can demand termination even when calls are recorded and the agent never disrespected them at all.

Elsevier provided home office setup and every day meditation, fitness, yoga, mental health sessions are conducted. Office has a nurse everyday and a doctor visit often.

Elsevier: I came into an entry level position, and have raised slowly to a higher position, but I do think that the full breadth of what I have to offer is lost in numbers and administrative busy work.
Salesforce: Informatica was a client first, then I was a contract employee, and currently I am a full time employee. With my first contact in the late 1990s, I have been working with or for Informatica for two decades. I like the company. I like the culture. I like the want to be innovative.
