Tory Burch: The structure in retail stores is chaotic, particularly with the yearly 'organizational' changes they make. The commission structure breeds negative behaviors and the inability to hire real talent and get rid of under-performers makes it a challenging place to work. Too strict- point systems etc.

Burns & McDonnell: Working on several different projects is quite the experience. I look forward to work every day. Developing plans and schedules for groups of employees is a great experience.
Enbridge: The people you work with on a daily basis are amazing and generally hardworking, albeit a bit burnt out. The corporate culture focuses on the bottom line and people are viewed as disposable. HR is there to serve the company and are unprofessional. A lot of poor management who use scapegoating.
