Been here a long time. Overall, it's a great company. The "mid-level" managers are truly what makes this company special. Alot of overlooked talent due to the who you know not what you know nature of the business side. Overall solid company that has its draw backs like any other.

The people are the biggest positive here at consilio. I would not work for another manager so the mid level managers are truly something here at consilio

The people in general. The work is always what it is with tight deadlines and stressful. If it wasn't for the team members pushing the day to day this would be too stressful

Its always a compensation deal. Year over year we see the profit go up but the benefits don't seem to get passed to the employees. We don't want bonusly, we want better bonuses or a clear path to a higher salary
