The people - co-workers and direct management are caring and giving people.
I have taken a lot of undesirable territories and for the most part grew them, but there doesn't seem to be any understanding or appreciation of that - just the growth number without the context.
There is a disconnect between making the customer experience actually better (service levels, consistency, billing procedures and transparency) and surface things that look like its better. The billing procedures and transparency would improve a lot.
