The company I worked for was bought out by my current company. So far I feel as though we are still predominantly silo'd however ours is a cash cow and I hope eventually there will be better integration both ways between our individual product and the main offerings.

Tenacity. We try to be jack of all trades which though not always the fastest way to the finish makes for more knowledgeable individuals that can carry on work confidently.

I appreciate that they recognize that there is no easy solution to get to the top but lots of people working really hard and being excellent at what they do mixed with a little blessing.
