I don't know if there is a 'best part.' I feel the compensation package is fair and on par with other companies.

My team is always full of ideas and provide support when needed. They were welcoming from day one and we have become like family.

I appreciate the leadership meetings to keep the employee informed and share what is happening in other parts of the world and other branches of the organization.

The fact that we are all here to help improve patient safety for every customer that enlists our services. We are all working toward a healthier future.

Connecting with my team and learning new things are defiantly top of my list but seeing how our platform changes how organizations manage safety events is awesome.

I feel like they keep us informed so we feel part of any upcoming changes. They listen when we have suggestions. I feel like I'm part of the team community.

I really enjoy the client relations part. I like teaching them something new to assist with using the product to make their job easier and their organization safer for their patients.

The collaboration is amazing. Even so far away, we always find time to connect for work related items or just to say hello and chat for a few minutes. They are all positive and engaged.
