Not all are at the level they should be at the senior positions they hold. There are missing skills that targeted coaching needs to address.

The exec team is clear about the vision and are moving forward to execute on that with confidence and conviction. It's a monumental task to bring the various companies together and ongoing effort is focusing on that.

The work we are engaged with is around standardization and normalization of practices across the various businesses. It's not exactly exciting to follow a well trodden groove, however that's the nature of the business strategy under this investor group and board.
