I like it here, I love my team, I get support from my colleagues and managers. I enjoy the overall flexibility and the opportunity to work from home some days. I like the benefits but there can be more, compared with other companies.

The private health insurance and the fitkit points are great, as well as RLGreatix. However, I think there can be other improvements when it comes to benefits, discounts, gifts, better organization and planning of events.

I love and appreciate their compassion, understanding, and their human approach to everything that has to do with me whether it be my role in the company or my personal life. They show interest in it and are always there to hear me out and talk with me.

We are friends, we communicate daily, we support each other's dreams outside of work, we go out together from time to time and whenever someone's having a problem, a colleague is ready to jump in and save the day thanks to the great management and distribution of work tasks.
