It has been a wonderful 3 years. I'd like to see more vision and talk, from top leadership, about what we're doing and where we're going. The "engine room" is very clearly happy and has legs-- but are we serving the world with this great strength we have? Please advise, captain.

They are collaborators, mentors, and experts. We inspire each other, and we enjoy our time together in-person and remote. There's an excellent culture here.

I enjoy it when our customers *feel* served and make it known. Among teammates, we celebrate each other and offer shoutouts for all accomplishments, great and small. Problem-solving and brainstorming are exercises we routinely engage in.

Our immediate leaders are concerned for us. They connect with us, and want to lift us up. Nobody here wants a free ride, so to speak, because we have a deep respect for each other's work and abilities.

Which leadership team is this question about? The problem is partly that I don't know them. **My manager, director, and head-of-department are FANTASTIC.** But many executives seem to lack leadership capacity. They aren't inspiring or clear about their ambitions. They seem along for the ride.
