I haven't had much interaction with the leadership team. However, the openness from the quarterly meetings makes them see very transparent and trustworthy.

The amount of pay seems to bear fair for my area of expertise. The benefits such as dental, vision, medical, ect are also great.

Getting to work on issues and expanding my knowledge on topics. I like the small team I work with, and we are always helping each other learning and improving our skills.

I love the mental health outlook this company has. I believe mental health is something that everyone should take into consideration when working. The culture here knows this and are supportive of it.

Everyone in my team supports each other. Both the support team and engineering team have a strong bond that piggyback off each other. My team is empathic and understanding of each other's strengths and weaknesses.
