I've worked for Ruby Tuesday and the same GM, in the same store,for over 10 years and I absolutely love it!!! I love my job, my bosses, my co-workers, and my guest so much! I really do enjoy going to work everyday .. this is the best company to work for and hands down the best boss ever!!

The conversation and how up front and informative it was.. instead of wondering how things went when your finished, they tell you then and there most of the time, whether there interested in you or not

We all get along really well, and for the most part, all look forward to working with one another... We don't have drama at our store.. we all pretty much know how each other is and all respect one another

We all enjoy working together. While we are there to do our job, we also are always laughing and joking and talking about every thing with one another.. when we are busy, we are on top of our game and are helping one another out. We're like one big family

Knowing thay my guest, at the end of their stay with us, really enjoyed the food, my drinks from the bar, and the service the was given. Building up a clientele of "Regulars" that come every week just to see me ,makes me feel amazing and shows me that I am doing a great job aty job still

My GM is hands down the BEST boss EVER . I've worked for him for over 10 years and couldn't imagine ever anyone ever taking his place. Hes by the book, but fair, hes all business, but gets that things also happen unexpectedly and does his part to help with covering shifts for you. Best boss I've had
