The staff we have now has been together so long were like family, some of them are even related or married

First my employee should be more respectful with they coworkers no one is Perfect I am a host at my job and one employees walked up to me and start telling me she's aggravated because I'm not doing my job right and that made me feel bad I didn't took it out with the manager but he never done nothing
