Ruby Tuesday Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Great help when its needed

they support you and the other employees

How they have our back

They are never in the sane page

She is pretty understanding and patient

Review from Customer Success Dept

Down to earth, approachable listeners!

Easy to get along with and work with

corporate doesn't care about us but as a manager my team is great

They are neighborhood friendly and greet all employees with career based goals.

very helpful besides my accent management

They are hard working and try their best

Always thete when you need them

Leadership skills & always willing to step up & help

Organization , one team one dream and ruby way

Review from Operations Dept

They are awesome. They are always here for us

Respect each other in a mature way and professional way

Great! I really like my manager

I wanna be leadership in the company

It's difficult to say, they cut corners when they are enforcing policy

someone who knows how to help when things hit the fan or won't immediately blames you if an issue arises with a customer.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Need more staff who are able to treat people fair and be able to help out and not request us to work 6 days a week.

Alot needs to address problems instore

Understanding worker needs and actions

Listening to more than one person's opinion and asking team members what they think or need

Our two managers under our GM are amazing. But their hands are tied by the GM left and right. They do the schedule and she redoes it. They are always stuck short staff while her shifts are fully covered.

Working. Accountability. Nepotism. Training. Showing up to work.

Treating all team members with respect.? Jumping in when help is needed not walking around talking on his phone or watching football on his phone.

Being professional, polite, knowing how to lead

Leaving employees personal belongings alone, and food saftey

Knowing there job and employees

The issue that I had said before....

Communication ,manners, and grammar towards other employees

Review from Sales Dept

How they work and communicate with employees

Compensating employees and paying them what the offer was, not the job code

Communication skills, and making employees feel welcome

Not talking down to us. Competitions are too competitive. We are treated like bad employees (servers) when we dont upsell to get our management a raise, and we receive no gift cards or prizes like we are promised.

A real Leader that's all

Favoritism, how to speak to staff without being disrespectful, not causing drama and making work a hostile uncomfortable place that no one wants to be

Communication, job execution, professionalism, and knowledge.

inflation, payroll, admitting fault and bad ideas, what are the right order of priorities to run, staffing
