the quickness after the manager came out and spoke with me, it took a while and the place was dead but once he came out I answered like 6 questions and left.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Our GM tends to say anything that comes to mind and is very unprofessional in interviews.
Stop playing with workers when interview
Make it less complicated when applying
Follow the guidelines and the company regulation like as far as the dress code collar shirt button up shirts instead of playing black tees and black jeans instead of proper black dress pants khaki pants
I would improve their honesty to their superiors on how we train the staff.
