The workers who ban together despite management
honestly, nothing anymore. i have anxiety about going to work in fear my manager will pull me aside and belittle me for being sick ans calling out.
Staff and managers are always friendly and will jump in and help

Higher ups need to listen to the employees and ensure that there is a clear link between staff at a resterant and the management up top, and when concerns are voiced take a genuine tone of concern for safety issues and workplace problems that need to be solved.
