Probably our two managers under our GM.
The workers who ban together despite management
honestly, nothing anymore. i have anxiety about going to work in fear my manager will pull me aside and belittle me for being sick ans calling out.
Staff and managers are always friendly and will jump in and help
we always help anyone out; we make sure to accomodate our employees and customers and make them happy and feel like they are in a positive, welcoming, home-like environment.

Respect for people with disabilites
I feel like everybody at the job gossip and I feel like you should be unity and respect
Higher ups need to listen to the employees and ensure that there is a clear link between staff at a resterant and the management up top, and when concerns are voiced take a genuine tone of concern for safety issues and workplace problems that need to be solved.

The current GM Is very toxic and almost a unsustainable work environment
Make sure that the work environment does not have hostile attitudes towards transgender and non-binary individuals.
Getting rid of the abusive workers
