If there's extra hours company gives me compensation money or rest hours

I have been with the company maybe 8 years I travel to different stores when there is a lack of cooks I dont call off I'm a gsc when needed only

they need to be properly trained, they need to be vetted before being hired, they need to stop hiring bums who work for a couple months and leave without notice

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Higher ups need to listen to the employees and ensure that there is a clear link between staff at a resterant and the management up top, and when concerns are voiced take a genuine tone of concern for safety issues and workplace problems that need to be solved.
